How it started
GroomerApp began with a groomer working in a veterinary clinic. The clinic handled scheduling. She needed a place for her grooming records.
We built the original system around the record card she used in her work. She still uses it today. This newer version carries that focus forward: the pet, the details, and the next visit.

01 / Before you begin
Open the pet’s history and read the full notes from the previous groom. The services, handling notes, and owner’s request are there to refer to.

02 / The details that stay with the dog
Keep standing instructions with the pet. Mark burns, warts, or injuries on the diagram, with a note about the location.
Visit notes describe that day. The pet’s record keeps the ongoing details close.

Keep owner contact details connected to each pet, including households with more than one dog.
Add a pet photo, breed, clip preferences, and standing instructions to the grooming record.
Create appointments, set start and end times, and track the visit’s status in your calendar.
Record the visit’s price and whether it has been paid, alongside the grooming notes.
Appointment scheduling is managed by you. Recording a payment does not process a card charge.
